Barolo
Barolo, nicknamed "the king of wines and the wine of kings," is produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes in the Langhe hills in the province of Cuneo. The production area includes 11 municipalities, including Barolo, La Morra, Serralunga d'Alba, Monforte d'Alba, and Castiglione Falletto, each of which gives the wine distinctive characteristics. It is a wine of great structure that requires patience, reaching its peak after 10-15 years of aging.
