Bimbino IGT Puglia - Macerato

This wine is made from Bombino Bianco, a native grape variety of Puglia. It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and is macerated on the skins for about 10-15 days in steel tanks. The result is an orange wine with mineral and spicy notes, accompanied by ripe yellow fruit and a slightly citrusy finish.
