IL NIDO DEL GRUCCIONE

This wine is made from 100% Fiano grapes and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. It is macerated on the skins for 40 days, giving it its orange wine characteristics. The wine is known for its aromas of eucalyptus, candied citrus, and orange jam, with flavors of peaches and almonds
