Keep olive oil in a cool (14-18°C), dark place, in a tightly sealed bottle. Avoid proximity to the stove and windowsill — heat and light accelerate oxidation.
Prefer dark glass bottles or stainless steel containers. Never leave a bottle open — always use the cap. For larger quantities (e.g., 5L), transfer to a smaller bottle for daily use.
