Origini offers a subscription service for monthly delivery of selected natural wines. The customer does not choose the wines: the selection is entirely curated by our sommelier.
The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your personal area or by contacting us via email. Cancellation will take effect from the following month.
Boxes are shipped within the first week of each month. Delivery takes 2-4 business days via express courier with tracking.
The service is reserved for adults (18+ years). By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol in your country.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided that the products are intact and unopened. Return costs are borne by the customer.
If you receive damaged or defective bottles, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the problem. We will provide free replacement.
Origini is not responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure or the courier. In case of problems, we will contact you to find a solution.
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated via email and will take effect from the following month.
