This wine is produced by Tenuta Demaio using 100% Bombino Bianco grapes. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation and is re-fermented in the bottle with must from the same harvest. It has a refreshing, slightly cloudy profile with notes of ripe yellow fruits and Mediterranean herbs.
Bombino Bianco is a native Italian grape variety, mostly cultivated in Puglia. It produces wines with fresh, fruity aromas and balanced acidity, often used for both still and sparkling wines.
